MARGHERITA COLLEGE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME |

1.1 The student with the highest percentage in HSLC (min 60%) admitted in
the college in each stream will get a cash scholarship of Rs.200/-per
month. 1.2 The student securing highest percentage marks in HS 1st year Final Examination (min 60%) in each stream will get a cash scholarship of Rs.200/-per month. 1.3 The student with the highest percentage marks admitted in the 1st year Degree course (min 60%) in each stream will get a cash scholarship of Rs.200/-per month. 1.4 The student securing the highest percentage marks in the 1st year Degree Final Examination (min 60%) in each stream will get a cash scholarship of Rs.200/-per month. 1.5 The student securing the highest percentage of marks in the 2nd year Degree Final Examination (min 60 %) in each stream will get a cash scholarship of Rs.200/-per month.

| The students securing the highest percentage of
marks in the H.S. Final Examination out of the three streams will be given a
cash prize. The best (Major) graduate (min 1st Class) from among the three
streams will receive a cash prize. If the criteria for Graduate (Major) is
not fulfilled then the first among the distinguished students(Core subject)
will receive the prize.

FREE EDUCATION SCHEME |
| The College provides concession to the students
securing 60% and above and free education to students securing 75% (star
marks) in HSLC and HS Examination.
